The staff was amazing , came to buy a room around 1 am and still so friendly and helpful .the location was not bad close to store walking distance..and overall the room was decent .
These guys were super helpful after my plane got me here at 4am. Super simple, no hassle check in at a great location for downtown. The price is totally worth it when I need to fly in for a week to work. Use them every time I'm here.

Awesome place! Great price! I stayed in an updated room and the bed was comfy the people were great and it was very quiet. Far from how it use to be. I would recommend.

This is a small motel in a very convenient location in midtown Sac. The room was immaculate and looked like it was freshly remodeled. Would have been nice to have cable TV instead of just analog channels but not a really big deal. The bed was comfortable and the room itself was well insulated from any noise outside.
They have recently remodeled and are still renovating, so while some things may look old, they still work, and you are getting what you pay for! There is a mandatory cash $20 deposit to ensure you aren’t bringing undeclared guests over, but it is returned to you without issue if you follow their rules. The lady working the counter is super nice!
Stayed now 3 times, always smooth and hassle free... staff are lenient but do enforce a quiet environment. Good place to stay and not too expensive all my relations
